JOB SUMMARY: We are looking to hire an Enterprise Data Analyst that is responsible for providing innovative reports, data visualizations, and analysis to Forbright Bank’s commercial lending teams. We are looking for a proven Data Analyst who has a passion for building innovative data solutions. ___________________________________________________________________________________________

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking to hire an Enterprise Data Analyst that is responsible for providing innovative reports, data visualizations, and analysis to Forbright Bank’s commercial lending teams. We are looking for a proven Data Analyst who has a passion for building innovative data solutions. ___________________________________________________________________________________________
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and facilitate the development of reports, data visualizations, and data structures for our commercial lending teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define their needs and design solutions to deliver effective data reports to meet their operational and strategic needs
- Work collaboratively with others, be comfortable communicating with technical, and business stakeholders
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, statistics, computer science, or mathematics fields preferred
- 1+ year of experience in business analysis, data analytics or similar analytical role strongly preferred
- Must have strong SQL skills (T-SQL, MYSQL, etc.)
- Experience with BI Tools (PowerBI, SSRS, etc.)
- Strong experience in a scripting language (PHP, Python, PowerShell)
- Experience using ELT Tools to move data
- Experience designing and implementing data structures to support reporting tools
- Have a balanced skillset of deep technical expertise along with excellent soft skills/competencies
- Demonstrate practical and disciplined development expertise
- Strong time management skills
- Has good communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices; can build consensus and iteratively improve solutions
- Outstanding communication skills as well as a tenacity for overcoming hurdles and impediments
