Director of Compliance and Process - CPACE Lending

JOB SUMMARY:  The mission of a Director of Compliance and Process, CPACE Lending is to provide all necessary documentation and training for the CPACE Operation Department: Process flow from applications to funding. Develop a template that details the Program requirements for all Program Administrations. Maintain compliance oversight for all aspects of CPACE.

A successful Director of Compliance and Process, CPACE Lending will:

  • Train staff on all aspects of CPACE regulations
  • Create detailed template for jurisdiction requirements
  • Maintain compliance oversight for all aspects of CPACE
  • Improve process efficiencies within the department
  • Complete special projects and duties on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year, accredited institution
  • 5+ years CPACE Lending experience
  • Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small-team environment
  • 5+ year experience in compliance and procedure creation
  • Strong presentation skills and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
