JOB SUMMARY: We are looking to hire an Associate/Staff Accountant that will be responsible for preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.


  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Preparation of journal entries (NetSuite and IBS/FTM)
  • Process daily external bank account activity
  • Analyze and reconcile activities from daily cash to month end ledger balances
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner as well as manage the influx of activity during month-end, quarter, and year end
  • Respond to time sensitive tasks in a quick and efficient manner to meet both client and coworker needs
  • Assist in other areas of accounting and correspondent banking as needed
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision


  • Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Finance or Accounting
  • Up to 3 years of accounting and/or bank operations experience would be an ideal candidate
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
  • Highly motivated business professional
  • Ability to work well with co-workers, within and outside the accounting department
  • Ability to organize incoming tasks and requests ensuring none are missed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel spreadsheets
